Dr. Paula is a native of Houston and currently lives in North Dallas. She is an ordained minister and chaplain, and the CEO of Holy Arm Ministries, Inc. She has worked in the information technology industry for several years, all in faith. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas, a Master of Arts from Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary, a Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Maryland University College, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas.

She has authored several books, preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ locally and internationally, and pours her passion into helping others. Paula is not new to speaking in various churches, shelters, educational institutions, and corporate audiences. She has been featured on the Sherry Bronson Television Show, Cassandra Lang Create Your Own World Show, Woman2Woman Radio Show, Dr. Sandy Murphy Broadcast show, and a speaker at the Microsoft North America Summit, Easy Steps Learning Series, regional TV commercials, and other local radio shows.
